Goals were mainly achieved, with less weight loss than hoped. I've also hurt my foot, so the next running goal will also be modest. 3lbs/a consistent 38 minutes will be fine. Plus, I want to raise about 50 quid through EBay so I can buy a book. I seem to be in a phase of steadily funnelling stuff out of my life at the moment, so I might as well make good use of it.

Benner has a cold. Poor little mite. All runny nose, streaming eyes and persistent grizzling :/

The garden is going well. Tis the time of year for cut-price plants, so I have more to plant than I have time for. Things to do, so that's it...
