insomnia....

On a similar note to my earlier post, I was thinking about films and books. All those hidden plot details and important things that you only notice on repeated viewings... (as context, I recently watched the commentary for Vanilla Sky). I was wondering whether those are really there, or do they just seem to be there when we've seen the whole and can look back with the benefit of hindsight? If we lived backwards, it seems to me we'd get just as many pleasant surprises, but the bad things would gradually increase in intensity then suddenly disappear.

This is the sort of thing I think about when I can't sleep - I need saving from myself!!! *grins*

Ate too much Mexican food :( Oh well - it was tasty, and eventually the full feeling will have to wear off...

Another lazy day chez cybermule. Took apel's example and added fertiliser to my garden. Can't wait to see the explosion of plant matter *grins* Mainly pottered and tidied. Steph fixed up the hose so that I could water the garden more easily, so inevitably the cat ended up slightly wet. She's still sulking in the bedroon :P

OK - I'm off to get wonky and have an early night...
