Misc wibblings

After a week of sick and a weekend of in-law, I'm too fried to remember what I was going to post. I just set up a mommy filter, so if you don't see the next post, you're not on it :) You can be, if you want - I just became aware that not everyone wants to hear these wibblings. Whereas I'm just hitting the interesting stage as far as I'm concerned.

My running is not going well, as I'm not doing it often enough to gain any fitness. Plus, the new system at the leisure centre is off-putting. My main goal is to clear the crap of the bench in my spare room by Christmas.

Probably more post when I'm less tired.

Glad that you're on the mend! Get some more rest and then we can talk about the fitness stuff when you are ready if you want. I've got some great tips and tricks.

Yeah - good advice. I'm not pushing it at the moment, as I lost about 5lbs in a week :/ Would love your tips and tricks, though. I really wasn't keeping up with myself before I got ill.

I completely understand. Finish taking time for yourself and don't do anything at least until the weekend is over, then slowly start getting back into it.

Please add me to the mommy filter... I get my sprog quota through my friends seeing as I don't have any of my own ;)

Done :)

But how do we know what the next post is???

[identity profile] quercus.livejournal.com 2008-11-26 06:25 pm (UTC)(link)
Remember that LJ's raison d'ĂȘtre is to encourage cliques amongst Goths and the like...

So if you go to the post before (not the entries list), click on the "Next" button, you'll get a message saying "This entry exists, but you aren't permitted to view it. You're not hanging out with the cool kids any more, nah nah na na nah."

And so paranoia, exclusion, hidden gossiping and all that 2002 "Half of Bristol isn't talking to the other half any more" stuff comes flooding back.

[identity profile] cybermule.livejournal.com 2008-11-26 07:22 pm (UTC)(link)
Half of Bristol still isn't talking to the other half. Did you not notice?

[identity profile] cybermule.livejournal.com 2008-11-26 07:21 pm (UTC)(link)
You're on the list, now. Let me know if you want to be off again, or just skip :)

[identity profile] surrey-sucks.livejournal.com 2008-11-27 03:26 am (UTC)(link)
That's what I was thinking!

[identity profile] surrey-sucks.livejournal.com 2008-11-27 03:28 am (UTC)(link)
It seems like I am on the filter. Please keep me on! Even though I don't plan on ever having children of my own doesn't mean I hate hearing about other people's children! I actually find entries about children/parenting some of the more interesting ones by people on my friends list.

[identity profile] cybermule.livejournal.com 2008-11-27 10:53 am (UTC)(link)
Of course - I always respect your opinion anyway. I just don't want to bore anyone with zero child interest. It's a perfectly valid state of being :)

not sure what a mommy filter is but love all your blog so please don't ock us out.

[identity profile] cybermule.livejournal.com 2008-11-27 09:13 pm (UTC)(link)
Thank you for the compliment! I added you to the mommy filter - it's for hiving off (most of) my wibblings about the offspring.

[identity profile] casper-garlick.livejournal.com 2008-11-27 08:12 pm (UTC)(link)
Please add me! :)

[identity profile] cybermule.livejournal.com 2008-11-27 09:13 pm (UTC)(link)
You and your mum are on the list :)

[identity profile] casper-garlick.livejournal.com 2008-11-27 09:15 pm (UTC)(link)
Yay! Mum's too ill to be on the computer she has a big red nose and keeps complaining.
