Blurb from a friend's email:

Please tell ten friends to tell ten today. The Breast Cancer site is having trouble getting enough people to click on it daily to meet their quota of donating at least one free mammogram a day to an underprivileged woman.

It takes less than a minute to go to their site and click on "fund free mammograms" for free (pink window in the middle). This doesn't cost you a thing.

Their corporate sponsors/advertisers use the number of daily visits to donate a mammogram in exchange for advertising.

Like clicking a mouse button is really much effort. Most people who die of cancer are the ones who don't deserve it, thus the world is left with all the sh*ts.

Hmm, that reminds me. Need to send in my pledge... I'm a huge fan of breast cancer prevention...

*nods* Usually I junk those kind of mailshots, but that one seemed important. Which reminds me that I was going to post it in a few more places.

Well, it might be a publicity problem, but I tend to agree that it's probably down to the fact that most people are lazy f*ckers. Shame they're not too lazy to breed really, isn't it?

Nice new icon, BTW. I think you may have frightened one of my colleagues - he lives in Bradley Stoke too, and has become obsessed with the two "goths" that live near him. It's OK - that's not a complaint :)

Most people are indeed lazy scumy b@stards. Though I tent to dislike most of my "fellow" students, or maybe it's just the ones at UWE.

Thanks ;) I did not know there were any "goths" or any "odd" people for that in Bradley Stoke - as the place only tends to breed only normality.

Heh - maybe it's the South-West? I went to Exeter and despised about 99.9% of my fellow students with a fiery hatred.
