1 hour to go until my yearly review :(
It's not that I've been crap at my job this year - I've been pretty good IMO - but it's just the inevitability of it all. Every year, the same idiots get promoted, nobody points out the glaring flaws in certain seniors (ie. openly patronising and chauvinistic to women). Inspires a certain feeling of hopelessness, although that could just be lack of caffeine...
On the bright side, I finished my 2000 word linguistics essay :D It only took a couple of evenings when I put my mind to it.
Best go shuffle some pointless paper about...
