Yeah - definitely don't push it. I could quack on about it being about the journey rather than the arrival, but you know that and it would make me feel sick anyway ;) The training plan I got from somewhere (I'll let you know when I remember) increased the mileage by about 10% a week, which seems to have worked for me. Once I've done this 10k, though, I'll probably just not bother about the miles any more. I want to make sure I can do that one without falling over, seeing as I'm committed already, but seem to have utterly lost interest in targets.

Can you teach me QiGong? I could find 20 minutes for it, I reckon. Can take you through the half hour yoga routine I do in the New Year, if you like :)
