If I open an Excel file, then save it under a different name, it takes up 4k less space. That's a lot of space to store a name in...

All is good with me - I'm off to watch Resident Evil this afternoon.

Did it save the same format? I'd actually say it has to do with the block/cluster size of the drive, the fragmentation of it, and where exactly on the drive the files are located. If you want to experiment, try defragging the drive and see if the file size changes (a lot of file sizes will change when you defrag the drive).

Oooh, the new Resident Evil or the original? I want to see the new one, but I'll probably wait until it hits PPV...

New one - it's OK, but you won't be missing too much if you wait.

Ahh, cool. I was afraid I might be missing out since I liked the first one so much. I'll wait until it costs $3.95 instead of $8.00 or whatever it is movies cost now-adays. I always go to matinees and they're up to like $6.00 now...
