A couple of months ago, when times were very dark, I read Wintering, by Katherine May. Here's a review:

I enjoyed this so much - it spoke to me when I needed it to. We've all been wintering to some extent with the pandemic, but with horrific school stuff for a year before it seems to have been a bit of an ice age to me. I have learned to manage with so much less than I ever thought I could live with. And that is a great skill, but it eats you up somewhere deep inside.
This last six months, I've been trying to make a joy of being pruned back to the root. Learning the art of self care, of listening to my instincts and intuition, and of marking my own rhythm without the insistent beat of someone else.
I think the book is good if you are at the point where you feel you might need to look to the thaw, because one day that will come <3
