Bad food, bad, bad, bad

cybermuleI've been eating quite healthily since the New Year, and feeling good for it. Not today though - I skipped lunch, then got home about half five and ate some Christmas cake instead. And I felt really grim for it - nauseous, headache-y and cranky.
Back to proper eating, I think.
