cybermuleHaving a distinctly "me-centred" day. Which I need, as I was getting very run down and tired, so I started with 9 and a half hours sleep to put me on an even keel. Just enjoyed much reading in bed and a long shower, so next I think I'll wander to Safeway for something nice to eat.
This is a good day - warm but fresh, the seagulls are doing their gull thing and I have some really nice sunflowers in a vase on my desk. Plus, I think I'm off to see "Pirates of the Caribbean" tonight :D
