Managed to stuff the Benbo so full of milk that he collapsed in a stupor. It's late, but at last some quiet time!

Went to Seatown and walked up the Golden Cap. Also visited my brother and met his friend Desmond from Vancouver, which was really nice. Yesterday I actually went to the gym and did some running. Re-started my 5k training plan, and it went well. Which means that at least I'm more fit than I was in January 2006. It's good to start trying to run some of that pregnancy flab off :)
