The sunset is absolutely amazing. It's been quite a good day - mostly blue sky but with big hazy looking clouds. These have sunk to the horizon and obscured the setting sun, but they're dyed wonderful shades of pink, orange and purple.

Should start bringing my camera to work.

That just seems so weird to me (considering its not even lunch time here). I just can't think outside the 4 continental US timezones mostly... oh well.

Glad you're at least getting pleasant sunsets. I haven't seen one over here in ages.

Yeah - we're not even big enough to have different time zones, so it's doubly confusing in some ways. Then on the other hand, several different co-existing timezones doesn't seem so weird.

And yeah, the sunsets are the best thing about the job :)

It's annoying that El Paso (still in TX) is in a different timezone than SA, Alaska has 3 or 4 to itself (there's not even very many islands further south in their timezone) and Hawaii is basically on its lonesome too.

It's bad when you call someone after lunchtime and end up waking them up before sunrise, and its STILL the same country...
