Weekend events...

Mostly spent the weekend playing "Zelda: the WindWaker" which is a top game, even better than "Majora's Mask". After the disappointment that was Turok 3, I wasn't getting my hopes up too high but they've definitely excelled themselves. It works well as a sequel without being too exclusive, has great puzzling, and all the little tunes and jingles are intact from the previous two. Still doesn't quite beat "The Ocarina of Time", but I have those two prequels on GameCube disk too, so some retro-gaming will follow...

Other things happened... Uhh... went to an art exhibition on Friday which was OK. There were some excellent B+W photographs there, but the other stuff was a bit boring and pastel (colour, rather than medium!). Followed that with Thai dinner with a couple of mates, and managed to bag an excellent view over Bristol harbour from our restaurant table. Also visited a garden-centre with my mother-in-law figure, and got many early nights with cocoa and slippers *grin* Seriously though, the garden actually looks nice now, rather than it's former shit-heap-like state. Might post pictures at some point...
