So, Durham is pretty cool. Like a cross between Prague and Whitby. Except today it's full of proud parents beaming at their graduate offspring, which is fairly depressing. There's a long and bitter tale attached to my graduation which I'm not going into right now; suffice to say, in my current slightly depressed state, I don't want to see lots of happy beaming families.
But the north-east is nice. I felt slightly decadent flying up, but it meant I was in Durham around 10:30 am and got a day sight-seeing, rather than a day spent on a hot and smelly train. Had a wander round the cathedral and castle, sat by the river, did a bit of window shopping. I'm currently in Spennymoor.
Where? Exactly...
Actually, back to the flight. This may be a controversial statement, but I feel women that pack too much for themselves to lift should be shot.
Bah. Have to run - someone booked the computer.
