BODY

Exercise every other day (swim, aerobics, cycle, pilates). Keep variety. Find out about yoga/pilates classes by the end of February.

Eliminate junk food to mange sugar highs and lose some weight.

Environment. The house and garden need sorting out. I'm slowly planning and working through the house over January. I'll wait until the spring to start on the garden - draw up action plan on 1st March.

Goal - to reduce stress and lose some weight through above. Will know by feeling more relaxed, capable, healthy.


BRAIN

Focus on my courses. The WIE does itself. I need to decide on a new course for Life COaching (31 January), do my next Interior desing assignment (08 February), and make a plan that means I actually submit something for parts 1 and 2 of my gardening course. I'll treat myself to some tools when I've completed that, my main goal.

Gardening course:
1st half - 30/04/06
2nd half - 31/07/06

To do this I need to do: 2 plant sketches a week (find sketchbook!), 2 plants for my portfolio per week (make file sheets and print), 2 exercises a week.

I might just treat myself to a proper sketchbook.


SPIRIT

Review counselling group - 31/03/06
Find ACOA meeitng - 28/02/06
Read book on meditation and return to Helen - 31/01/06
