Running - nose and exercise, and a proposition

I have a cold. Snuffle. I've also taken up running, which is way cooler than I anticipated, in anticipation of the Race for Life.

Yay! Running isn't terrible, though when I'm actually doing it I have trouble remembering that :D We will be ridiculously foxy in Utah with all this preparation... not sure the mormons are prepared for it!

I'm really surprised that I'm enjoying it. I'm doing a little training program that builds up your cycles of running and walking to make you able to run for a decent length. I think I'm a bit behind you.

And we're already foxy. We'll just be foxier :)
