Just let off many fireworks, contributing to the "warzone" effect in my street. I think I must be getting old - these days I always feel guilty at making the noise, whereas ten years ago I cheerfully set fire to just about anything. Hmmm.

Date: 2003-11-06 03:44 am (UTC)Strangely, most of the people I like would come out as Extroverted (I'm guessing, haven't seen results on most people I know). Of course I also take after the people I'm hanging out with so when being around extroverts, I'm more extrovertive. But since I was all by myself when I took that test (well basically, I was at lunch at work) it should be accurate with just me.

Date: 2003-11-06 06:18 am (UTC)LOL - now I made myself sound bad :P I don't get judgy so much as I get all "kickass" after my tolerance levels have been pushed too far. Then instead of being all fluffy and mellow and P, I tend to get organised and efficient. Actually, that's probably no less scary than me being judgy *grins*

Ah yes - I remember that you're "chameleon man" :) I'm never sure about the introvert/extravert thing. When I score tests involving attitudes to people rather than knowledge/experience, I can be incredibly introverted. But this one scored me as more extraverted. I like this test for just that reason - it gives more interesting results than other ones I've done.

Heh I think that's the first time I've tested INTP. Altho I do feel more like a T than ever. Logic over Feelings baby! hehe

Date: 2003-11-07 01:40 am (UTC)Yeah - me too. I'd got to the stage where I just didn't care any more, but a couple of ppl mentioned that this one was quite good. And yeah, it was quite painless, and the questions weren't too obviously leading.
Heh I think that's the first time I've tested INTP
lol. take it easy, put your head between your knees... you'll feel better soon :P
Altho I do feel more like a T than ever.
yeah - I know what you mean. guess we're just on a similar bit of life's loop :p
Logic over Feelings baby!
*grin* That's the lowest 'F' score I've ever had. I'm quite pleased with that - having strong opinions and values is good (IMO), but being too emotional just screws you up. The "J" is a bit scary, ut I'm putting that down to stress ;p

Date: 2003-11-09 09:43 pm (UTC)hehe it ain't so bad. I'm beginning to think I'm INTP. I know that deep down I'm a very sensitive guy, but I don't know anyone comfortably enough for that side to show. Definitely not with the family and the acquaintances. With the closest friends, well there aren't many and most are guys so most people don't care/don't wanna know. The only real proof I'm quite sensitive is that when watching movies/shows I can get teary-eyed like a school-girl. lol

hehe u do sound like a T there. :) I agree. I'm finding my opinions are getting quite solidified lately. Actually ended up in a 3-hour IM conversation with one of my Jehovah's Witness friends. :P I wrecked him lol. Basically got him to admit that it's all on faith, all based on the bible, and 0 proof that god exists. God is a fucking theory, damnit. And one with way less evidence than the Big Bang, at that.

Date: 2003-11-11 03:11 pm (UTC)peh - if you ask me, the whole MBTI thing breaks down if you're smart enough to be an F without being completely emotional :p You might well be INTP, though. I find it hard to tell once I know a person a bit anyway. Like, you get to see different sides of them. Most of my friends test as INTP, but I'd be hard pressed to type the F/T bit.

heheh - that's quite sweet. I can get pretty blubby at movies, even if they're cheesy. And I've yet to get through the Return of the King preview without a little sniffle. But I guess it's easier for a girl to just pretend they're crying cos Boromir died. And thinking about it, that's probably why i get to see the more emotional side of my friends.

definitely an INTP then ;P did you find it stressful?

Date: 2003-11-11 06:27 pm (UTC)I just saw Leon (The Professional), and the ending was a little sad.
Return of the King preview
Heh I haven't seen that yet, so I went and d/l'd it. A few seconds into it I stopped it when I realized I still have to read book 3 before the movie comes out! Damn I've gotta get moved and read that asap. I read each of the first 2 books on the eve of each movie's release as well. :P
did you find it stressful?
Yeah, but not nearly as stressful as a real-life debate. Being able to read and re-read what the person says, and type up the exact response I have in my head is great.

Date: 2003-11-12 01:13 pm (UTC)rotfl. Quite a diehard fan then ? :P My dad loved it, so I got encouraged to read it at the age of about 8. It's not my favourite book in the world, but I do like it.

Yeah - I have more fun and success with typing. Wish I could carry that over into actually speaking, and never really have worked out why not.

Date: 2003-11-13 10:26 pm (UTC)Hehe. I read The Hobbit in Primary School, but I never really heard about LotR until not long before the first movie came out. So I decided to catch up by reading the book before the movie. I knew I'd never read the book if I watched the movie first, and from what people were saying about the book, I didn't want to miss out on that.
And since I'm a master procrastinator, I also didn't read TTT until December '02, and now haven't started ROK yet.
Wish I could carry that over into actually speaking, and never really have worked out why not.
Hmm. Wish I could too. It's definitely something ingrained though, likely the introverted thing.
