They've made the "5 day forecast" page on the BBC site really ugly :(

In other news, got my hair cut and didn't totally hate it, and discovered that I like Morroccan food. Oh, and maybe found some freelance work :D

You know, I never look at 5 day forecast here in TX. Won't be right no matter how good the meteorologists are. In a place where temperatures can be 20 degrees in the morning, but 80 degrees by noon (in January), and then back to 35 by 7 PM, and a heavy downpour occurs only on 1/4 of the city while the rest enjoys overly bright sunshine... There's a saying that is used quite often: "If you don't like the weather in South Texas, wait 5 minutes."

Congrats on getting a haircut you don't hate. That's quite rare indeed (one of the reasons I don't bother cutting my hair). Never tried Morroccan food myself, but then again I'm not a very adventurous eater.

Good luck with the freelance, it's not quite as useful as a free sword or free longbow though. Ermm, that was a worse joke than I thought it would be.

Heh - that's cool, and much like we have here (although not so extreme). Found the constant Californian sunshine a bit boring to be honest :p

Heh - I'm not going to argue with you :p But I'm not going to criticise since I recently threatened a colleague with the deadly "database +2" weapon.

Oh - and I still like your story :)

Yeah, the sun in NM was pretty boring as well (especially since I'm not a fan of bright sunlight)...

the deadly "database +2" weapon.

Heh, been there. Unfortunately my co-workers don't get DnD/RPG stuff so they didn't particularly understand a few of my jokes. So I stopped making them. However my roommate and I still try and define everything in DnD 3e terms. Gets annoying sometimes... (Yes I annoy myself)

Yeah - me no like the hurty-bright rays. They burns... they bites... they hurts...

It's easy to annoy yourself if you're of a relatively sensitive temperament. Like, you probably annoy yourself way more than you annoy anyone else, and very few people in the world seem to think at all about how annoying they might be.

And most should be consumed by the fact that they annoy the hell out of me. I'm a pretty easy going guy, so if you can annoy me often, you are truly, irrevocably annoying beyond salvation...

Heh - I'm just randomly annoyed by people, although I'm generally pretty calm and easy-going :p Mostly I'll be just fine with someone, then one little thing will piss me off. It's not a very nice trait, really :/
