cybermuleI just treated myself to a cappuccino, so I'm all over-caffeinated, but this bit from our work intranet amused me:

Suggestion: Panic buttons on each floor for medical emergencies.
Answer: The H&S committee felt that as we haven't had a medical emergency in the building, there would be no benefit from putting in panic buttons
Hahah - that's OK then. I feel better knowing that so long as there hasn't been an emergency, there's no need to make provision for one. Tell you what - there's never been a huge and overwhelming deluge of work on a Friday, so I'll just go home shall I?

Date: 2003-12-19 04:01 am (UTC)Hrmm. I always get deluged on Fridays. Its Mondays that are pointless for me. No one wants to work on Monday...
Otherwise, that sounds good to me. I excuse you from work. Go home and have a party. Take plenty of pictures of drunk people's antics and post them on every website you can find. Then convince people that those are the "good" pictures and demand money to prevent you from posting the more illicit ones (whether they exist or not).
