Although saying that, I'm not the cheeriest flea in the circus today - watched the Mayor of Casterbridge on TV last night and I'm still depressed :( Reminded me of lots of personal shit that I'm really going to have to start to make some moves to get over.

On the more cheery side, off to see ROTK for the third time tonight :) And the extended edition of the Fellowship of the Ring has some really neat bits in it :)

YES! I've got emails to write before I leave the office, so I can't indulge in the full rant, but they should just be banned. No quibbling, no excuses - there's no reason to be driving one of those stupid, dangerous, fuel-guzzling beasts.

Agreed, but anyone whoa actually needs one generally buys a landrover. And I don't have any particular gripe with landrovers. It's those huge colourful SUVs that clog up the roads in my estate that piss me off. Plus the fact they have huge bullbars that are about stomach height for me and would certainly squish me in an accident.

Oh how I miss the days when every other vehicle on the road in Texas was a pick-up truck. Now every 3rd is a pick-up, and 1/3 are those stupid ass SUVs.

SUVs are evil. Especially since people keep making bigger and bigger SUVs. It gets to the point where you can't see around/past them plus SUV's are accident prone (several having been recalled for a tendency to flip).

Okay, that's enough ranting...
