I'm feeling a bit more perky now - this coincides with having eaten some lunch, so I should probably make a note of this useful co-relation of cause and effect. I have a nice big mug of black coffee and I get to go home in a couple of hours :)*
So I think I need to re-learn to focus on the small happinesses, until I get some bigger things sorted out. Maybe I should just force myself to think of ten good things every day.
I'm trying to avoid ranting and making people into my "baby with one eyebrow", but I'm starting to think that it's easier to just blurt out the negative stuff before it settles in my brain.
* addendum: also seem to have wangled my way out of the suckfest that would have been training in line-manager skills. A week.. in Ascot... learning to boss people about. I'm glad to be free of that :P
