I didn't get to the end of this book - frustratingly, the library asked for it back about twenty pages from the end. I really enjoyed it. I learned a lot from it. But it was one of those books that I needed to take time and ponder to actually understand properly. The first chunk on how we perceive time was fine. But then the hard physics came along and I can only do that at a certain speed these days.

I did just get a copy from Amazon, so it must have been good enough to command shelf real-estate.

When the library has asked for something back when I'm that near the end, I have been known to finish it anyway and pay the fine...

I had to buy my aunt a present. Which is obviously going to be a book. Basically it was practically cheaper to get me one too. Honestly 😉
