See, now if I hadn't read that you were suffering from insomnia I'd be annoyed at this statement.
My roommate complains about not getting enough sleep. And its because he never decides to go to sleep, he wants to keep playing his game, or he wants to keep watching TV and he never thinks "You know, I'm falling asleep while I'm sitting here, maybe I should go to bed". Very aggravating.
