Recipe of the day.
Apr. 26th, 2004 10:49 pmTake one mini pitta bread (from Tesco, probably best if it's white bread) and carefully slice to open the pocket.
Take 3 Smarties mini-eggs (but any small solid chocolate easter eggs will do) and insert into pitta pocket.
Mash up about one sixth of a banana and jam it in on top of the eggs.
Munch.
Chef's notes: These are especially good if made from the mini-eggs that were supposed to be for your brother for Easter :D Some '100s-and-1000s' would add colour and texture.
