OK, I was looking for a book on yoga on Ebay, and WTF is a yoga bag?!? Does every damn idea have to have an Abercrombie and Fitch accessory before it becomes of any value? And who the hell are these damn Abercrombie and Fitch people anyway?
Now I've got that off my chest, I'm back to my essay: 869/1500 words under my belt!

Date: 2003-07-31 07:41 am (UTC)Working in an office made me overweight, having canteen and pub food at lunchtimes. Oh and having crisp and chocolate machines littered about the place.
The only thing that worked for me was tightnening up the abs, cutting out biscuits and other snacks, eating fruit when peckish. I'm still largely not eating snacks, plus I've got my George Foreman grill to reduce the fat in what I eat.

And yes, working in an office, with the boredom and easy availability of snacks, is the path to dietary ruin.
