This went well - I don't mind how I've eaten this last month (with two weak spots) - and better carb planning has negated the blood sugar incidents, especially on running days. I've instigated "daily chocolate", which is very nice, and I've not gone mental on caffeine or alcohol after January's detox.

The two weak spots are eating crappy biscuits at work (which I'm still working on, and is mostly boredom related) and finishing off the child's leftovers (which I've pretty much nailed by combining composting, better portion management and better management of my own hunger levels).

I've *almost* stopped eating the crappy biscuits at work!

I still eat the nice ones that the Boss Lady brings to team meetings on Wednesdays, but for the most part manage to stay out of the barrel of biscuits that are not really worth eating. (This is aided by the fact that my new line manager is a reasonable human being so every conversation with her doesn't result in a trip to the biscuit barrel).

yes - it's about biscuits that are *worth* eating. I can do without the calorific and emotional consequences of eating 3 ugly biscuits. One beautiful one is perfectly ok. Or even 3 :)
