Belated weekend update...
Jun. 3rd, 2003 02:06 pmEek - already I can't really remember
Worked at home on Friday, and I know I spent Friday night mainly slacking around watching the second series of Futurama, with Steph cooking a very capable Thai dinner :) Oh yeah - phoned my aunt and cheered her up a bit. Her job's taking the piss - they've decided that as she took a week's unpaid leave when my Dad died, they can now make her take her holiday when THEY say. I hate employers :P
Spent Saturday pootling around the house. Steph was out, so although I was supposed to write an OU essay, I spent the time writing a begging email for an extension to its deadline and getting woozy on cheap brandy. Phoned my brother to exchange the latest in gibberish, then spent the rest of the day faffing with computers and putting some pictures onto my website.
Sunday - got up really late and went to see "Once upon a time in the West" at the Watershed. It was brilliant - I'd never seen it on a big screen before. Then went over to Mark and Liz's house for a barbecue. Much playing of Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory and much drinking of red wine ensued. Got home really late and turned up to work on Monday somewhat knackered and hung over.
