My mum's going to take her new flat - she'll be moving in about 2-4 weeks, depending on how it all pans out. It's quite a neat flat. It'll need some redecorating and a few bits and pieces, but there's a garden, the neighbours seem nice, and most importantly (to my mum, anyway) there's a general store (that sells vodka :p) right across the road.

I'm exhausted - still have evil flu bug, and alternating between jitters and exhaustion, or maybe I'm just losing the plot...

...There was something else, but I forgot :p

Can't resist.... must follow through on urge...

What sort of cranky female are you then?

And how many sorts are there in general?

*rolls eyes*

I'm never cranky at all - I'm completely perfect :p Actually, I suffer from random crankiness, the main symptom of which is hiding away in a corner. Mostly it can be traced back to not having enough alone time, and it only gets ugly if I'm provoked.

And how many sorts are there in general?

*shrugs* menstrual cranky, bad hair day cranky, random cranky, misunderstanding cranky... do I need to list any more, 'cos I don't actually know that many women very well.

Hrmmm. Wasn't expecting any answers there. Now my joke is much les funny since you actually answered. That's no fair! MEANEY MEANEY MEANEY!

OK I'm over it.

PS: can definitely agree with the lack of alone time leading to crankiness. Sometimes people need to shut the hell up and drop off the face of the earth.

Aww - I'm sorry :( I just get some of my humour out of being disingenuously over-earnest, but it does work better in real-life :) 'twas a good joke, anyway.

Sometimes people need to shut the hell up and drop off the face of the earth.

*grins* exactly!

So accomodating you folks are...

I try to oblige only to learn that the earth is round, round I say, further to say that there is no face of which to fall off. So I end up forever travelling in circles around this faceless madhouse. I expected better of both of you since you're the ones who are supposed to have that mystical quality called "class". ;)

The world does have a face!

last time I took geometry (admittedly about 10 years ago) even sphere's had faces! Of course its kinda hard to fall off of that, but as my friends like to tell me I am ruler and master of the world, so the least people could do is go out of their way to figure out how!

And I'm supposed to have "class"? Don't you remember, I dropped out of school, including all my classes!

Hey - what can I say? Fyatuk and I were having one of those "introvert" moments. Although how that technically works when there are two of you extolling the virtues of introversion, nobody knows!

You know, from here the earth does look distinctly flat, bar the Cotswold and Mendip hills. Are you sure about this "roundness" - I've heard rumours that the Earth is a sphere, but to be honest, the only witnesses seem to be total space cadets! And where on earth did you pick up the idea that I had class? Britain is a classless society now, don't you know?!

If you want to see flat, you really need to visit Texas at about Fort Stockton or so. Pretty much not even a bump in the ground for 300 miles in each direction, very few trees, just grass and oil derricks...

Yikes! I'd feel weird - I gre up in very hilly country, even small flat areas like Cambridge or East Anglia seem a little strange to me. 300 miles... yikes!
