Everything is done before I go on leave in...(checks)... 39 minutes. Thought that wasn't going to happen due to last minute Excel modelling glitches, but it's all done and I can go away with a clear conscience :)

Had a funny dream last night where I went round to visit [livejournal.com profile] ninneviane and [livejournal.com profile] jo_kat. Nothing special happened - just normal "visiting and drinking tea" type stuff, but it amused me *waves*

Now I'm in a generally good mood - I have a week's leave and I made a good decision with regards to my OU course. As I've made a resolution to get up before midday at least some of the time that I'm on holiday, I think I might attack the garden tomorrow and plant the rest of my bulbs :)

(checks time)...34 minutes!!

What kind of bulbs, tulips or irises, perhaps? Next time, invite me over for tea as well or I'll show [livejournal.com profile] fyatuk the next level of embarrassingly amusing mule photos. ;)

OOOOOOOOOH!!! Do show! Do show! That could be quite fun! Always interested in embarassing photos! Especially since I can't exactly run for public office with some of the photos running around with me in them... Way too many questions there, forget I said anything....

Hmmm... perhaps you should avoid the subject, yes. Particularly as Mr Karrot is one person likely to hold drunken college snaps...

Heh, luckily Mr Karrot didn't go to the same party's I went to freshman year. There were some pretty embarassing moments in those, but of course everyone was too drunk to work a camera anyway...

Just as a side note I wonder if Karrothead realizes that Texas A&M actually genetically engineering maroon carrots. As another aside, UT-Austin responded by genetically engineering a burnt orange rutabega...

maroon carrots

*grins* That's what happens anyway, when redheads spend too long in the sun. I'm sure he's more than familiar with that effect.

Some mini-irises, plus snowdrops and bluebells. There are some other ones around the garden that a previous owner must have planted.

If I minded invited you for somnambulistic supper, I'd stand my ground and brazen it out with regards to photos - I think it may well be some sort of physical improbability to capture a photo of me. Even my snap-happy mother has only captured a sparse handful...
