Good, cos there's no shame in that. Especially not with such neat writing - thanks for the links.
I think I'm over the worst - I just over-identified with Sirius as a father figure, and I'm hugely sensitive to people dying in books and films, so it came as a bit of a shock.
If I ever see JK Rowling walking down the street, I'll give her a poke in the eye from both of us :)
hehe technically it's not what I mean by me too posts. Me too posts that I have issues with would be by random people I don't know and don't care about posting a me too comment. In this case I was informing friends of my previously unknown stance on the topic. ;)
Ah - Sirius was Harry's godfather/surrogate father figure. It hit me a bit hard when he died.
The books are OK - if you feel like you're missing out, you can speed-read them quite successfully. I did the last 300 pages of this one in about 2 hours, and I don't think I missed much :)

Not a fangirl.
Really.
Mustn't forget Neville, either. Neville is the bomb. And Gred and Forge's triumphant exit. That was cool

CAVEAT: I happen to think Remus and Sirius make a great couple. Yes, I'm a slasher. I admit it proudly. *g*
