I got this book as a hardback copy from the local library. I can't remember where I heard of it, but it seemed interesting. I've been experiencing "proper" anxiety recently, for the first time. It's an interesting phenomenon. I don't much like it.
I didn't really like this much to start with. It seemed ditzy and annoying, and badly focused. But as I read through it, it grew on me. I think I admired the author's very candid approach to suffering from anxiety, and the way she did make it seem much more relatable than I'd anticipated.
It comes in a lovely binding too. So I may not actually need to own it, but I will gift it to people.
